How beta pricing works
A free runway, then simple per-device pricing
- Months 1–6: free while you test backups and validate restores.
- Remaining term: approximately $7–$8 per protected device per month.
- Storage: up to 500 GB pooled per device, shared across your fleet.
- NFR: 5–10 not-for-resale licenses for internal use.
- No separate setup fee during the beta — pricing is per device.
Exact free-period length and final per-device rate are confirmed during onboarding based on fit.

Questions about beta pricing.
Beta partners start with 3–6 months free on a 12-month agreement. After the free period, standard beta pricing applies for the remaining term of the agreement.
Storage is pooled across your fleet at up to 500 GB per protected device. Heavier machines can use more while lighter ones use less, all drawing from the shared pool, so you are not micromanaging quotas per machine.
It may. Beta pricing is favorable and reflects pre-release status. Final general-availability pricing may differ, and we will communicate any changes to partners ahead of time.
Beta pricing is intentionally simple: per protected device, with pooled storage and NFR licenses included. We will be explicit about any additional costs during onboarding rather than burying them.
